From July 20 to 25, 2024, the International Medical and Surgical Aid (IMSA) organized a surgical caravan at Kivunge District Hospital in Zanzibar, Tanzania. During this caravan, 121 surgical procedures were performed in various specialties, including general surgery, urology, and obstetrics and gynecology.

Additionally, care was provided to 213 patients, with free treatment offered. This initiative reflected the association's commitment to supporting medical care for underserved communities, contributing to improved healthcare quality in the region.
